FOR SURF

 

1. SURFING & FLOWBOARDING

Participation in surfing or flowboarding activities is subject to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our trained staff. Participants must adhere to posted rules and regulations.

2. EQUIPMENT USAGE

Rental equipment, including surfboards and flowboards, is to be used responsibly and returned promptly after use. Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.

3. SURF INSTRUCTION & COACHING

Surf lessons and coaching sessions are available for all skill levels. Participants are encouraged to communicate their skill level to instructors for personalized guidance.

4. DINING & HOSPITALITY

Our dining services are governed by separate terms, including reservations, cancellations, and billing. Refer to our Dining Terms for more details.

5. SAFETY MEASURES

Your safety is our priority. All surf and flowboarding activities are conducted under strict safety protocols. Please follow instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

6. SURF CONDITIONS

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

We may capture photographs or videos during your visit for promotional purposes. By engaging in our services, you grant us permission to use such media for marketing and promotional activities.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participants engage in surfing and flowboarding at their own risk. Groundswell 浪谷 and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the course of these activities.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All surf lessons, coaching materials, and instructional content provided by Groundswell 浪谷 are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only.

10. DRESS CODE

Proper swimwear and attire are required for surfing and flowboarding. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing for a comfortable and safe experience.

11. AGE RESTRICTIONS

While there is no strict age restriction, you must be at least 107cm (42”) tall to Bodyboard and at least 120 cm (48”) tall to Stand-Up ride. You also must be able to swim in fast moving, turbulent water.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
